who am I?

I was born in 1982, and I have always been very curious. The most enjoyable years of my childhood were spent freely on the beaches of Antalya, Turkey, where I used to watch sea turtles nesting, their hatchlings making their way to the sea, and where we would light fires. I had a special friendship with a stork who lived with us and had a fondness for apples, even though it couldn't fly anymore.

As time passed, I was asked how I wanted to fill in this biography. Mathematics took on a more aesthetic and enjoyable form, leading me to enter the Graphic Design department of Anadolu University's Faculty of Fine Arts. After a successful year, and of course, influenced by Nietzsche, I left the faculty. I returned for the Erasmus program, this time going to Paris. Finally, I graduated.

I decided to travel and discover myself. I listened, observed, and experienced Europe and Asia, and now I'm living in the middle of it in Izmir, Turkey. Each experience allowed me to discover, evaluate, and interpret "myself." Nature of art and design became reflections of this journey. My first exhibition, the ''Underwatercolor Collection'' , was a portrayal of what I observed during my dives and the journey of serenity. During the exhibition, I received requests to turn my artwork into textiles, particularly T-shirts. This led to the creation of the Underwatercolor collection.

Subsequently, my involvement in social responsibility projects like "Freedom for Dolphins"  and "WWF Marine Conservation Project" allowed me to witness the concept of 'Nature and Human' in its most striking form in my life. I make mistakes, I learn, and I gain experience. Enjoying life is essential, and so is creating and sharing. I now interpret everything I've accumulated, including what has been worn.

Wishing you an enjoyable journey...
